Straight about what you actually need
If your job is genuinely under the 10 square metre DIY limit, we’ll tell you. If the material turns out to be HardiFence rather than Super Six asbestos, we’ll say so after testing and there’s nothing to remove. If something is stable, undisturbed and safer left sealed than ripped out, we’ll tell you that too.
We’d rather turn down small work honestly than talk someone into a removal they don’t legally need. It’s a hazardous material and a stressful situation — the last thing anyone needs is a contractor exaggerating the problem.
