Contract:                             Removal and disposal of friable and non-friable gaskets,                                                       ducts, sheeting and windows to various plant and machinery                                               throughout a Melbourne Water Workshop

Safe Asbestos Removals was contracted to remove and dispose of non-friable asbestos cement sheet panelling to high level workshop, including the removal of utilising spider-booms, removal and disposal of friable and non-friable gaskets and ducts to plant and machinery throughout the building, and replacement of the removed gaskets and ducts with non-asbestos containing alternatives. Other areas of asbestos removal included infill panels to high level windows to the Workshop, gaskets and flex joints to ventilations systems, rope pipe bracket supports and rope to cable trays in generator room.
