Safe Asbestos Solutions was engaged by Diamond Property Developments to remove and dispose of all metal roofing to a fire affected building, which included the front office area and large warehouse to the rear of the building. Work involved removing fire-damaged purlins to rear factory and front mezzanine area, removal and disposal of six large fire damaged roller doors from the factory and removal of large industrial-size airconditioning units from the rooftop. SAS staff worked cohesively and efficiently with industrial cleaners, glaziers and pre-cast concrete panel installers.
